Complete Biotic

Complete Biotic may be a good fit for those who experience occasional digestive issues like diarrhea, constipation, gas, or bloating. We test each ingredient in Complete Biotic for identity, purity, and potency to ensure every ingredient and finished product meet our strict quality standards at the time of manufacture and up to the product’s expiration date. This includes checking for contaminants like heavy metals, pesticides, and harmful microbes. When the product carries the NSF Contents Certified mark, it means it has been third-party tested and certified according to strict standards for quality, safety, and label claims.

Complete Biotic is formulated with B. subtilis DE11, a spore-forming probiotic that is not destroyed by stomach acid. Research shows that this probiotic becomes active in the small intestine. The prebiotic, PreforPro^®, is a bacteriophage designed to withstand the stomach in order to reach the intestines. The postbiotic is heat-treated Bifidobacterium longum and is therefore stable in harsh environments, like the stomach.

Maltodextrin is a plant-derived carbohydrate commonly used in food products and nutritional supplements. It holds ingredients together during manufacturing, as well as provides a base carrier for ingredients or flavors. Although maltodextrin can have a high glycemic index when used in large quantities, the amount contained in our formulas would not be expected to have a significant impact on blood glucose. As with any dietary supplement, however, it could have varying minor effects in individuals sensitive to the ingredient.

The flavors in Complete Biotic are derived from natural sources, including oranges and vanilla beans.

We would not expect the sweeteners in Complete Biotic to cause GI upset due to the small amount of them present in each serving. Individuals who are sensitive to sugar alcohols, however, may wish to consult their health-care provider before taking this product.

Complete Biotic is vegan and vegetarian-friendly as it does not contain any ingredients of animal origin.
